Rain Policy – Bounce House
1. Rescheduling Due to Weather:
In the event of rain, lightning, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions, the bounce house rental may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations:
If the client chooses to cancel due to bad weather, a 95% refund of the amount paid will be issued, as the remaining 5% covers card service fees. Alternatively, the full amount paid can be kept as a credit for another date. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled setup time.
3. Safety First:
The safety of children and staff is our highest priority. The bounce house will not be set up or allowed to be used under unsafe weather conditions, including slippery ground, deep puddles, or lightning storms. If rain or a storm occurs after the bounce house has been set up, clients must follow our instructions.
No refunds will be issued once the bounce house is installed.
4. Communication:
Our team will notify the client as early as possible if weather conditions prevent the safe setup or use of the bounce house.
5. Liability:
We are not responsible for any damage or injuries if the bounce house is used in unsafe weather conditions against our recommendation.
